What does white label actually remove?+
Every mention of Silux Chat that your clients would see: the chat widget footer, the dashboard branding, the login screen and the transactional emails. You supply a logo, colours and a product name, and that is what appears.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. You point a CNAME at us, we verify it resolves, and your clients use your domain. A TLS certificate is issued before it goes live.
Can I set my own prices?+
Yes. White label is a reseller arrangement — you pay us the platform fee and charge your clients whatever you like. We do not contact or bill your clients.
How many client accounts can I have?+
Client accounts are managed from one agency login. Limits depend on your plan and are agreed when you set up.
Is white label different from the affiliate programme?+
Yes. White label means you resell the platform as your own product and set your own prices. The affiliate programme pays you commission for referring customers to us — you do not manage anything. You can do either or both.
Do white-label clients get the same AI chatbot?+
Exactly the same platform: AI chat on web and WhatsApp, knowledge base training, human handover, ticketing, analytics and 50+ language support. Only the branding differs.
