A chatbot that trains itself on your business
Your bot is tested against your own knowledge base, fixed where it goes wrong, and every fix is proven before it is kept. You don’t write test cases. You don’t retrain anything by hand.
Auto Trainer · overnight
Missed: “Can I cancel within 14 days?”
Bot left out the refund terms from your policy page.
Fix: taught the verified answer to Returns
Re-tested: now correct. 2 other answers re-checked: still correct.
Kept · proven
UndoTest, diagnose, fix, prove. Then again.
The same loop a careful person would run, except it never stops and never skips the proof.
Test
Asks your bot real customer questions and marks every answer against a verified answer from your own content.
Diagnose
Works out why each miss happened: missing knowledge, the wrong section, missing product data, or a question it should not have been asked.
Fix
Teaches the verified answer where the bot will find it, switches on the product data it lacked, or drops a broken test.
Prove
Re-asks the failed question and others it already got right. Kept only if it is fixed and nothing broke.
Trained on your business, not the internet
Every answer the bot is marked against comes from your own content, so it gets better at being your assistant, not a general one.

Built to be trusted
A trainer that fools itself is worse than none. These are built in.
No unproven fixes
If a fix does not turn a failure into a correct answer, or breaks something that was correct, it is undone on the spot.
It asks rather than guesses
When your content has no answer, the question comes to you in "Questions for you". It never invents one.
The marker is marked too
The grading is checked against answers a person has already graded, so a lenient marker cannot inflate the results.
Everything reversible
Each change is logged with its reason and its re-test evidence, and has an Undo.
Questions
What is the Silux Chat Auto Trainer?
A system that keeps training your chatbot against your own knowledge base without you doing it by hand. It asks your bot real questions, marks each answer against a verified answer from your own content, fixes what it got wrong, and proves every fix before keeping it.
What does it train the bot on?
Your business, and nothing else: your knowledge base, your website, your business rules, your live product data where you have it, and the real questions your customers have asked. Every reference answer it marks against comes from that content.
How do I know a fix actually worked?
Every fix is re-tested before it is kept. The trainer asks the failed question again, and also re-asks questions the bot already answered correctly. A fix is kept only if the failure is now right and nothing that was right has broken. Anything else is undone straight away.
What if the answer is not in my knowledge base?
The trainer does not guess. A question your content cannot answer goes to "Questions for you" in your dashboard. Once you answer it, the bot learns from your answer and the trainer checks it is being used.
Can I undo something the trainer changed?
Yes. Every change is logged with what it was, why it was made and the evidence from its re-test, and each one has an Undo.
Does it make things up to improve its score?
No. Answers are marked against verified answers from your own content, and the marking itself is checked against answers a person has graded. Broken test questions, such as fragments of a conversation or placeholder answers, are dropped from the tests rather than counted.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. It runs on its own schedule, finds its own work and reports what it did. You can follow it under Quality & Auto Trainer in your dashboard.
