What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional message top-ups at any time.

What do I actually get on the free plan?

Does it remember returning customers?
Yes, on every plan. If a customer has contacted you before, the bot recognises them when they come back — on your website or WhatsApp — and already knows what was discussed, so they never repeat themselves. Only what they actually told you is remembered; nothing is guessed. You can switch it off per bot, and any customer can be forgotten on request.
Can I name the bot and give it my own avatar?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. Choose any name, then pick its face from a library of 60 ready-made avatars — preview one large before you apply it — or upload your own image. Set the personality and brand colour too. You can run one bot 24 hours a day, or two with their own names, faces and hours, so a different one greets customers in the evening.
