Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate your billing.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional message top-ups at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you 1,000 messages and 2 chatbots with no credit card required. All paid plans also include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan — ever. You only pay your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalty. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
How does the annual discount work?
Paying annually gives you 25% off — equivalent to 3 months free. Your entire year is billed upfront at the discounted rate.
Do you use the WhatsApp Business API?
On our free plan we use the free version of WhatsApp. All paid packages use the official WhatsApp Business API.
