Why we built Silux Chat
Silux Chat is a UK-based AI chatbot and live-chat platform. We built it because the existing options either cost too much for small UK businesses (the premium incumbents) or didn't take UK GDPR, data residency, and DPAs seriously enough by default (the rest).
The goal is simple: give small and medium UK businesses an honest free tier, a bot that's actually trained on their own knowledge base, web + WhatsApp in a single inbox, and GDPR compliance that doesn't require an enterprise contract.
We're a new platform — actively shipping, listening to early users, and iterating quickly. If you try it and something's missing, tell us; there's a good chance it'll be on the roadmap.
